Good questions. Thoughtful answers.
A few things to know before bringing your next print idea to life.
Can I start with a small quantity?
Small-run projects are part of the MOSS approach. Minimum quantities depend on the product, material and process. Add your preferred quantity to a project brief so the right production route can be considered.
What if I only have an idea or a reference image?
That is a useful place to start. Bring a screenshot, sketch or photograph and describe what you like about it: the texture, color, shape or finish. You can leave the material and process undecided.
Can I combine different print processes?
Many designs can combine print and finishing processes. The right sequence and material depend on the project; complex combinations may need a physical test before production.
How should I prepare my artwork?
Keep a high-quality original file, outline or include the fonts, and separate special finishes onto clearly named layers. Bleed, color setup and production specifications should be confirmed for the chosen product.
How can I explore papers and finishes?
Start with the material library, then add a Craft Sample Box to your sample list. The final box contents, availability and price should be confirmed before an order is placed.
What are the production and shipping times?
Timing depends on artwork approval, materials, print processes, quantity and destination. Include your required arrival date and delivery country in the brief so production and shipping can be planned together.
START WITH A PRODUCT. A PROCESS. OR SIMPLY AN IDEA.
